Eric Schrumpf


Vice President, Acquisitions

Mr. Schrumpf is responsible for Berkshire’s multifamily acquisitions efforts in the Western U.S., joining in 2012 to open the Company’s San Francisco office.

Mr. Schrumpf has over a decade of experience in multifamily real estate transactions. Previously he was a Vice President with Pacific Urban Residential, responsible for the firm’s Northern California transaction activity of existing multifamily assets. During his eight-year tenure with Pacific, he was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of over $480 million of multifamily properties. Mr. Schrumpf’s career started with the investment banking firm JPMorgan in New York.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
